Parimatch India — Deposit amount deducted from my account and not credited to my parimatch account and not refunded

I have made transaction of 600 rupees on 7th may 2023 to deposit into my parimatch account through UPI and the amount is deducted from my account and not credited to parimatch account and when I was trying to reach the agents through online chat form past 12 days i am hearing same that expert team is checking and apart from that no proper update and still money not refunded.
