Parimatch India — Deposit amount not credited of 5000

I have deposited the money on 07th april of 5000rs. still the amount has not been credited to my parimatch account. Today is 8th day of deposit.

when our contact customer support, they are giving false information.
All agent give different information.
Like money will be refunded after 1 working day to your bank account, money will be credited to parimatch account, we have not received the payment. each and single day they fooled me and wasted my time..
Is there any way to file FIR against such company or raid the account holders which we have deposited money.

Same problem occured to me.I made an deposit of 2000 inr but still now it wasn't reflected.when i asked their agents they are saying with in 1 day it will be refunded. It's been almost 5 days still now there is no update.If you know anything how to sort out this one please message me

same fraud with me also...already 1 month passed and amount still not credited
