My account was blocked due to fraudulent actions. I absolutely do not understand what fraudulent actions are we talking about? All my actions were limited to using the standard functions of the service: deposit, bet, withdrawal. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Sep 21, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I repeatedly wrote to support with a request to explain the reason for the blocking. Finally, I was told that the account was blocked because of simultaneous connection from different devices. I logged in through my brother's phone. Finally the account was unblocked
