[Resolved]  Parimatch India — I have problems - the money never appeared on my balance...

I topped up my account several times, but the money never appeared on my balance ! The payment status remains “Pending” for a long time...

After several attempts at replenishment and the “Pending” status, I contacted support with a request to sort it out. It turned out that the payment provider had temporary technical difficulties. A day later the payment was processed and the money was credited to my account. After this, support provided recommendations on how to avoid similar delays in the future.
