Complaint marked as Resolved Technical support replied. They said that my account was often accessed from two devices and different IPs. It's true. My brother and I had one account for both of us, and this is against the rules of Parimatch. They also said that they would help to resolve this situation, I just would need to verify my identity. I hope it will work out. And to new users I recommend to register their own account. And many thanks to the support for their help.
