I registered an account on this site today. I went through email confirmation, then phone number, then I uploaded my documents to go through verification, but just after placing my first bet of Rs 2000 (bet was a losing bet), they penalized me and reduced the odds on all odds on cricket.
It turns out that the penalty was received without any reason. What else to expect. My advice is to be careful with this site and take care in advance how much money you are willing to risk.
I also have a similar negative experience with another well-known casino, which makes me wonder about the integrity of such companies.
