Parimatch India — My deposit and withdrawal is not reflecting

My amount of 600 300 each has been debited from my bank account. But dint receive in pari match. Evn the withdrawal amount of 4000 I haven't received. It has been 5 days for my deposit and 48+ hours for my withdrawal
