Complaint marked as Resolved After several days of waiting for the withdrawal of funds and several applications that were not processed, I decided to contact the support team again and insist on receiving clear information on the status of the application. This time I received a response explaining the reasons for the delay due to technical problems on the payment partner's side. After two more days, the money finally arrived in my account, and now I know how to act in such situations.
