[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Problema with promised refund never reached my account..

Parimatch promises cashback on lost funds, but despite my loses, the promised cashbak never arrived in my account..

I contacted support and provided data on my losses. They checked my betting history and credited the cashback manually. It turned out that the cashback was not credited automatically due to a system failure.
