Parimatch India — Withdrawal amount didn't receive in bank account

I withdraw 15000 INR on 23/03/2023 but after 1 month passed didn't get that ammount. Now parimatch support team told me that they already sent my money but I show them my bank account statement from 1 month there is not any single transaction of 15000 rupees. PARIMATCH support team also sent me 2 different different transaction I'd for one single transaction.
