Parle Agro — Appy fizz bottle very hard to open

I bought 3 bottles of appy fizz today, it's midnight and felt like drinking it but to my surprise, it's lid is very very hard to open.
Very disappointed
Worst is my fingers are literally hurt and turned numb
I really need proper explanation
