Parsvnath Developers — Much delay in possession

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a plot no C 166 of size 1548 sq.ft in Parsvnath City, Indore on March 2008.

As per a clause of builder buyer agreement, plot has to be delivered within 24 months ( i.e. 2010) from the date of signing of the agreement. The given time frame has already been elapsed and plot has not been delivered till date and till date there is no update from builder to justify delay in possession.

I didn’t find any progress. These kind of builder enjoying public money and investing to the other project without paying anything. It’s been 8 years they don’t have any fear from anyone and never bothered once they sold to customers.
Builder has made many promises while selling the projects but after that they forgot everything.

Currently I am working in Africa (Nigeria) since 2011.
I need you urgent help and advise in this matter..

I came across this complaint that you preferred, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
