I have just applied for my passport and having done with the interviews and procedures i would like to mention that the message regarding the passport cover at the counter a was quite misleading that i actually thought it was mandatory to pay and get the passport cover but was originally optional which i figured out after paying 400bucks! So consider this and make sure it is properly communicated that it is optional and not every person should pay for it!!

Passport cover provided to me does not fit at all.its a total waste.i was insisted to buy one .now it's of no use.i want to return it back.i was charged 350 rs for this.
