Passport Office Dehradun — I did not receive my new passport for 3 months

Address: Jeetnagar marg mandelsera bageshwar, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, 263642

I applied for my new passport in november and after track it down through online it has mentioned that it accepted at 14 of november everything has done but i still didn’t not receive my passport.
My file number - dd01c[protected]
I track my application status a screen shot of that i am fetching here. Police verification has been done, i asked to local authorities they said that they have send it to dehradun and wait, and that waiting has now 3 mothers, this is ridiculous
