Iam Balvindar singh. my passport refrence no. 17-[protected] and my dob is 23/08/1965 . I made payment for passport application on 06/03/2017 through punjab national bank debit card my payment was deducted but the payment status for passport application was failed, then again I made second transaction again my account was deducted but the payment status for passport application was failed. Now its more then nine days but still my payment is not refunded to my account . kindly help me to get my payment back my PNB account no. is [protected] and my mobile is [protected]

मेरा पासपोर्ट वेरिफिकेशन रुद्रपुर मुख्यालय से 18.05.2018 को क्लियर होगया किन्तु मेरा पास पोर्ट अभी प्रिंट हो कर नही पहुंचा मेरा फ़ाइल no. DD01C[protected] & DOB 15.03.1980 है
