Passport Office Delhi — Not releasing my passport

Address: New Delhi

My name Manohar Lal, age 70 years. I have applied for my passport on 5th July 2021, DL:[protected], ARN No. : 21-[protected]. They are not giving me a valid reason for not releasing my passport. I have been called twice for this issue and went back empty handed. I have an urgent work and hence need my passport as soon as possible. This is not acceptable as they are not giving me a reason. For an aged person like me its very difficult to keep running after them and still not receiving what I want . Please release my passport and I will be very thankful.
