i received my passport just one week before, but there is a print mistake in my place of birth, actually the the place of birth ANANTAPUR correctly but they have printed the state asTAMILNADU instead of ANDHRAPRADESH. Does this have any problem in the future. what should i do? . shall i contact them or not. can you please helpp in this regard

My Father has applied for Passport; I have checked the Status on December that was showing me that he will get that on 28 December, 2008. But till now he didn’t get the Passport rest Status field is Blank now on the Website.
