Online registration form issue

Hi,
I am trying to register the appointment, to submit my passport application. After filling the form it is asking for the confirmation of date. while confirming i am getting the HTTP 500 error. I am unable to submit the form. I don't know how to proceed further. Can any one help me in this.

Basically this is defect in the Web site. This is normal error in web site developemnt but the developer/ the company...

Delay in re-issue even under tatkal

I had applied for re-issue of passport under the tatkal scheme on 4th March 2009. At the time of documents verification, the concerned official didnt ask for the 36 page xerox of my old passport (even though i had it ready with me, as she didnt ask for it i assumed its not necessary). I waited for around 2 weeks n then checked the online status which said that i'm supposed to furnish the copy of old passport. On 17th i went to the RPO...

Non Receipt of Passport and no information on Status Column

Greetings,

Since your website has an extremely high viewership and following, I will like to suggest that you also inlcude options to voice our complaints against non functioning of Governement agencies such as Passport Offices.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a re-issue of an existing passport on the 19th of March, 2009 under the Tatkal Scheme

Applied Tatkal passport not yet received

Sir,

My Mother has applied in leiu of passport lost under the tatkal scheme and it has been 1 month that we didnot receive the passport . The File Reference Number :HYD-D[protected] .

Hyderabad Passport Officers Corruption

Hello Co-Citizens of India,
I've recently been to Hyderabad Regional Passport Office for my nephew's passport application submission. My nephew is just 2 months old and i thought it would be quick to get the passport for an infant uunder TATKAAL scheme. Guess what, i was troubled immesely with no mercy by the officers.

Incomprehensible communication received in place of a PCC

Wrong Entries in the Passport

I have received my passport 15 day back with Passport number "H1877131" after a long wait of about 3 months from the date of submission.

When I look into my passport, I find that my Mother's Name entered in the passport is incorrect.

delay in issue of passport

i have applied for issue of passport on 30th August 2008 vide receipt no.EN[protected]IN thru GPO, Hyd.

so far police verification has not been done. On checking the status in web site of rpo, secunderabad i note remark "police verification pending". Police dept have however confirmed that they have not received my papers so far. So the status posted in the web site is only eye wash, or fooling the public.
