Passport Office Shimla — File closed in between the process

My self ankita sharma currently residing with my parents after marriage, i had applied for passport in august 2015, according to the guidance of the one of the employee of the passport office shimla i had submitted my all the documents of current address in[protected] and i got a slip in which it was clearly mentioned that no document is pending from my side.

Police verification report has been received by passport office on 15-oct-2015 but they create issue on current address and sent me a show cause notice .

With the reference of this notice i visited the passport regional office shimla and gave an affidavit for description reason of current address and permanent address along with application and rs1000. And after some time i received a message that they received satisfactory answer against the show cause notice from my side.

Now police verfication report from both addresses has been completed but they suddenly closed my file .

Kindly help me i am very frustrated with all this process.
