Sub-Regarding Delay in despaching Passport

Sir/Madam
I have applied for passport in August 2011 in delhi office but still I have not get my passport. Every time when I check my status it shows the following status from last 12 months.

police report is clear, application is under process

but still I haven’t received my Passport. I have done various mail also but not get any response.Please do the needful and dispatch it asap.

passport — Possport not received.

My Passport no is A022430. I had applied for my passport on 4th september, 2008. All enquiries were done but we still haven't got our passport. Please look into it because we need our passports as early as possible.

"Police verification has completed, application is under process".
Please let me know the current status of my application as early as possible.
