Patna Gifts Online — Undelivered robot toy

I booked online cake, greetings card n robot toy to patna. But delivered only cake. The details are as belows: customer care:+ 91-[protected]. Customer care email id:[protected]@patnagifts.com. Repeatedly called but no response. Atlast on 25th may the person gave me a head office number[protected] but no response and they talked very arogantly. Now it is 34 days but no response. Sent many mails with reminder but no response.
