I had 2 Payback cards linked with 2 different ICICI Bank accounts and both bank accounts having 2 different mobile numbers.
Payback merged primary payback card with the card I wanted to cancel but eventually de-linked my primary mobile number that I was using with my primary payback card since many years and updated mobile number of cancelled card.
Now I am requesting them to re-link the mobile number number from last many days but they are unable to solve the issue instead asking me to resolve the issue at my end that causing me mental harassment and wastage of time. Was this information helpful? |
