[Resolved] Payback — redemption order | ||
I had placed an order via payback app for a 3 ton bottle car jack by using the payback points accrued. Received an email with order #[protected]. I have sent multiple queries regarding shipping information but have not received a response. I have not received the product ordered and my 6759 points have been deducted from the payback account. I would like the product to be delivered or the points credited back to my account. Was this information helpful? | ||
