From the above link i tried to pay the amountbut my payment got failed and my bank deducted my money . Bank debited amt to POS-CITRUS PAY . RS 744 ...FROM ICICI Bank .DATE 27 April 2020 . Please SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND REFUND MY MONEY

I have booked hpgas cylinder on 27/2/2020 through online payment by clicked above link directed to paymatra payment gateway through debit card, they showed payment successful, transaction number is [protected], but the consumer not recieved the payment till now...
