Dear Sir I have purchased a online recharge portal from www.paymanthra.com, Custcare :[protected](ARUN, sales manager), email : [protected]@paymanthra.com/[protected]@paymanthra.com, Address :8, ganesh nagar,
Nh-45, Vandalur, urapakkam, Chennai -603202. Since last 25 days the company deactivated the mobile prepaid service in my panel namely www.raharecharge.com (ID : 200100) without any information. I have sent several mails to [protected]@paymanthra.com but the issue is not resolved yet. The sales also stopped taking my phone calls. Thre are almost Rs.43000 in the wallet. That Sir, I live in Assam and Chennai is too far from Assam. I can not go there and ask for the issue.
Therefor I request your honour to help me to solve this issue so that I can use the wallet amount.
