Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment for vgp amusement park through online paytm

Hi, i paid rs 4200 for vgp amusement park by using hdfc credit card through online paytm. The transaction got failed and amount also debitted, but still the amount not refund.in my hdfc netbanking statement, i got the website information only, i didn't get any order id information.
