- I participated in the Paytm jackpot contest on December 18, 2023.
- On January 30, 2024, the winners were announced. I was informed via WhatsApp on February 29, 2024, that I had won an iPhone 15 Pro.
**Document Submission:**
- On April 30, 2024, I received an email from Paytm asking for my documents, which were to be submitted within 5-7 days. The email also mentioned a final deadline of May 15, 2024.
- I submitted the required documents on May 2, 2024, well within the given timeframe.
**Communication and Follow-Ups:**
- Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Paytm, I have not received any concrete updates or delivery details regarding my prize.
- On May 29, 2024, I was informed to wait for another 5-7 working days. Today is June 20, 2024, and once again, no response or update has been provided.
**Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication:**
- The repeated delays and lack of communication from Paytm have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
- Despite assurances of delivering the prize within May 2024, no action has been taken to fulfill your commitment.
**Suspected Mismanagement:**
- I suspect that there may be internal mismanagement or worse, intentional withholding of my prize. This suspicion arises from the continuous delays and lack of transparency in communication.
**Request for Immediate Action:**
- I demand immediate shipping details and a confirmed delivery date for my prize.
- If no action is taken promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through legal channels, consumer forums, and media platforms.
**Further Steps:**
- I have already raised this issue on social media platforms and consumer complaint forums. My X account was suspended as a result of the posts, but I will continue to escalate this matter through every available channel until I receive my prize.
- I am prepared to pursue legal action and seek compensation for the delays and inconvenience caused. This will include filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and other relevant authorities.
This situation is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Paytm's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter.
