PAYTM POSTPAID is not providing option for closure of account.
They are charging too much for delayed payments. So i want to deactivate the postpaid account, but the company is not providing proper options.
There is no proper customer care number, for any postpaid related queries on call, they are sending SMS link which is redirecting to PAYTM App help&Support section.
This help&Support is very work one, it is a CHATBOT which display only predefined options, there is no option for the customer to enter their query.
It is just like a FRAUD as there is no proper option for the user to input their queries. Was this information helpful? |
