[Resolved]  PayU — amount debited from my account but got a transaction failed message

Hi,
I made a payment to merchant british council using payment gateway payu. Transaction id igacrapil7 jan 5th 2018. Amount got deducted from my account but i got a transaction failure message.

When contacted payu regarding the same i got a reply saying the merchant was credited and the transaction was a success. So they cant help in this regard. However merchant (British council) says amount was not credited to their account because it was refused by payment gateway payu.

Can you please look into the matter asap and help me with the refund.

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id [protected] is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant on 08/01/2018.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.

I have done sand booking bill payment in pay u money on 4th Jan 2018 transaction ID is[protected] but I didn’t get DD& ORD But amount was debited from my wallet till now I didn’t get my money back please check this traction and refund it fastly.

I have paid fees for spi Aurangabad through payment id[protected] on27/12/2017. after login I get status as "payment remaining"
I have dune payment through the default payment method provided by spi Aurangabad while applying.
