The main issue is the agent service charge, as per at the starting they told that they shall provide 20 rs for per irctc ticket but now they are just providing me 7 to 9 rs per ticket so i did to contact to the distributor but they r not checking my issue
so i request the payworld India to check my issue and make it correct
and we are the agent but we r getting retailer charges
