I mr munshilal meena using a payworld money transfer service, but now payworld has launch some pancard services and deducted my balance without asking me or confirming me..2000 rs has been deducted from my wallet and now they are telling that we will not refund it you have to use the service. How can they deduct anybodys money without the permission
