PC Jewellers — Non Remmitance of amount for sale of Digital Gold through online portal

I have sold Digital Gold on May 20, 2022 through online portal of PC Jewellers.
Details are below for the reference. (Attached Screenshort of the Transaction)

As per the policy on the website, the payment timeline is 2 days and I have not received the payment yet.

I have written to helpdesk via email, they have confirmed taht payment will remit by May 26, 2022 yet the payment has not come into my account.
Please resolve the issue at earliest.
Also, I need the Interest for the default period, as due to them am defaluting for the payment to the third party and have to make payment to them with the Interest.
