Peppertap — Money not refunded even after 10 days of cancellation of order.

Ordered some groceries in the name of Manish Manohar, wide order number 2662518 on 25th April 2016, but items were not delivered and informed that We (Peppertap) are changing the business and is not able to deliver the items. I asked the cancellation of my order on 26th April, which was cancelled also but till now I didn't receive the amount. Kindly look in this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

I have never opened this site nd i m getting multiple otp confirmation at least 200 messages in 3 minutes simultaneously from last 3 days. I m stuck with this. Help me out with this
