I placed the order around 2:30 pm as i was very hungry but its almost 5pm but order is still not delivered.I tried contacting them many times through customer care chat but no satisfactory response.This was the second incidence from petoo.They did not care to resolve the matter.I received the delivery guy number but he refused to bring the order and said i am not responsible. I lost my appetite, my time and wasted my money on reaching them.
I forwarded all the chat details to the company as well.
