I placed the order around 2:30 pm as i was very hungry but its almost 5pm but order is still not delivered.I tried contacting them many times through customer care chat but no satisfactory response.This was the second incidence from petoo.They did not care to resolve the matter.I received the delivery guy number but he refused to bring the order and said i am not responsible....

Hello guys, in bangalore one food app name petoo which one is worst site and app. Because in this app menu is high price and if any ways you select and process for food delivery they call you for first payment option. No cash on delivery services is there. If you make payment you amount will be deducted from your account and in order section showing no order found. This is totally scam. They will cheat you like anything. No customer support...

I ordered food on petoo twice on petoo it was cancelled after 20 minutes aahgain i ordered again i ordered again it was cancelled after 20 minutes and my amount deducted twice they have also send email that your order is successful but i did not not get any order when i called customer care they told you have to pay cash on delivery and you cannot apply coupon .

please help me with this issue .
