PhonePe — Money not revived from merchant(Pine Labs Private Limited)

I had done a transaction from PhonePay to Big Bazaar on 4.3.2021. Due to some problem, Big Bazaar did reverse cash. The accused have not received the money in my bank account. Let me know the problem as soon as possible.
