Phone pe cannot be used with a new phone

Recently, after I lost my old phone, I chanded to a New phone Samsung Galaxy. After that I am unable to use phonepe. whenever I try it says we are sending SMS to verify your device and then unbale to process and 24 hours later alert.

i am complaining about phonepe office located in hyderpora, jammu and kashmir.

Yesterday i made a transaction through using rent payment still payment not received yet, although i'm traying to contact phonepe customer care I'm not getting tele caller to ask what is the status of transaction. In india everyday lot of transitions going on with phonepe app, but they don't have customer care. RBI should take action against phonepe in this case.

        Kotak emerging fund

        Recently, I made a withdrawal from my SIP in Kotak Emerging Fund. However, I encountered an issue where the amount was not credited to my account, despite it showing as credited. Unfortunately, the customer care team has been unhelpful and has not provided any information regarding this matter. They have advised me to raise a ticket in PhonePe and I kindly request for the amount to be credited to my account....

          Unable to delete autopay from phonepe

          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inability to remove autopay from my PhonePe account for Ketto and Spotify subscriptions. I have been facing this issue for the past year, and despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, the problem remains unresolved.

          Upi pin is not working
