My name is Sara from lucknow did MCA & in november 2019 i got a call from pie infocomm company situated in Aliganj regarding job selection process…….so i go to their office & give interview to Miss Aiswaria Saxena (The only developer there) & miss Ayushi (The only femel Hr ) they both tols me that i m selected if & I have to give 15000 rupees as a security money so me n my friend both get confused …….because we are so new in this field and innocent student seeking for a job ……..so i have asked their boss (Mr vijay kumar ) that wat is this amount for?...
First thing he told that its bond you have to sign and then its a 15000 amount you have to pay for security & in july 2020 we will give you joining with 4lakh package
And when you got selected then 15 days training will be there and we will pay you for that also
I said wat if i ll give amount at the time of joining, , , , , , , , , so Mr vijay and rishabh told me that no you have to pay right now any how ?
So i m very confused & also searching for a job very diengly si i said ok i ll borrow from my friend but is there any guaranty that i ll get back my money
Si they said sara ………...In this period of 6 month before july 2020 if you get selected anywhere or other company …….we will return your amount it is mention in bond and receipt both ……….they anyhow convinced me
So in Feb 2020 i called Hr ayushi that i want to do join she said sorry you cant but sara you can come n do internship temporary in which we will not charged anything so i said ok
When i go there, , , , , there is no PC in there office no developer no practical work just teach like coaching and give 500 question for assignment to do in copy
I did everything for a month but its not my joining its just free of cost but i do not know its a fraud people who took my money 15000 and never return
In bond it is mention before julyi can take my money refund from them but now when i m calling they are sending me worthless mail that ibreach a bond and they spend on me
I know so many student whom they fraud i have each evry document and mail which they sent me
I have evry proof their fraud i have request them so they said our legal advicate will revert you
And warn me that i cant d anything against them because they have political support over call they told me this
we are innocent student please help me to expose them please its a humble request plz help me i dont want money now i want to expose them so that they cant cheat other student and also WANT TO SHOW THEM WAT IS THE POWER OF INDIAN CITIZEN HOW CONSUMER FORUM HELP & FIGHT BACK WITH ME .
