Description - I had booked pikkol for moving my home within bangalore and had availed insurance i.e. damage cover from pikkol. Got my fridge damaged while transporting . So as i had taken damage cover they should fix it or compensate against it but did not do so. They have stopped attending our issue. This is cheating customers as they did not resolve the issue even after paying for damage control policy. I had paid Rs. 11000 for moving items. Their manager lucky sheel is giving stupid excuses of paying a small token amount and not repairing our fridge. He said dent is not considered under the policy but his customer executive Venkat reddy had not told us this information before we booked the moving and packing service .
Resolution- As this is pure cheating of customer and this is case of not completing the service as promised and committed to the customer, i would like the full refund of the money i paid for the service plus i want them to send a proffesional to fix my refrigerator as it was really expensive Was this information helpful? |
