Iam complaining about the hospitality of the staffs of

The staffs are not behaving nicely. they giving the importance to money only not the patient. When my baby has been admitted in the hospital, we have been booked non AC room by paying 1000/- .but they didn't provide the room. They said that non AC room is not available.ac, executive rooms are only available. Finally they allotted ward.i totally fed up.i will never come to this hospital in future....

unprofessional business practice

We had an appoint today (Jan 31, 2019) at 10.00 am for nt scan for the first trimester of my wife’s pregnancy. But when we reached here on time for ultrasonography, we were informed that the radiologists went out for meeting and they don’t know when they are going to come back. I have an international business trip this afternoon and most likely i am going to mis it.

The staff and management of this hospital do no care...

I have booked one small parcel (600gm ) to BKM hospital Payyannur, Kannur District from Palarivattom, Cochin on 20th Aug,2010 for urgent delivery on 21st of Aug,2010 paying Rs.30/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me one receipt confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! .The parcel was an urgent medical item for one patient admitted in BKM hospital. The second day when I called to...
