We had an appoint today (Jan 31, 2019) at 10.00 am for nt scan for the first trimester of my wife’s pregnancy. But when we reached here on time for ultrasonography, we were informed that the radiologists went out for meeting and they don’t know when they are going to come back. I have an international business trip this afternoon and most likely i am going to mis it.
The staff and management of this hospital do no care about the convenience and time of the patients and their bystanders. We came after drinking a lot of water for scanning and unfortunately, we have to wait and no idea we have how long it will be before the radiologists are available.
We contacted the pro and grievances department and we were given no information about the time. And we have been waiting indefinitely since 10.00.
