I have not received my order till now.
What is more frustrating is that the customer care person is not even answering my phone and me email also.

Date of the incident: August 6 2016.

I had ordered the specific Liva Hatch back Car body cover from this Polco company website. However they have delivered the Etios Sedan which is wrong car body cover.
After multiple follow-ups to them via mails and over the phone the company has refused to take back their wrongly delivered item and also refused to exchange with my required product.br...
