Polco India — Refused to exchange or return money for the wrong delivered item

Hello Sir/Madam,

Date of the incident: August 6 2016.

I had ordered the specific Liva Hatch back Car body cover from this Polco company website. However they have delivered the Etios Sedan which is wrong car body cover.
After multiple follow-ups to them via mails and over the phone the company has refused to take back their wrongly delivered item and also refused to exchange with my required product.

Attached the images of the email conversations, wrong product delivered and the Order confirmation from Polco.

We request to either take back the product and refund the money or exchange with my required product in lieu of this wrong product cost.
