Pon Vidyashram — Fees

I enrolled my son in Pon vidhyasharam School of CBSE Kolapakkam branch for UKG in the academic year of[protected].
I submitted the application on Jan 2020 and paid the full fee of RS.55, 000 as per the school rules.
Later on due to this pandemic situation they told us they will provide the online class and ask us to pay book fee and uniform fee and we paid us to. Then for remaining parents they ask to pay 75% only but for us they didn’t refund because for the next academic we got to move to the other school because of my job location.
For past 6 months when govt announced to pay 75% we keep asking them for refund or else to reduce the amount in my colleague son fee they kept refusing us .
As for online class they just read the books they didn’t even had conversation with students in class but they just complete 20 to 30 pages in a single class. Students can’t even understand what they taught and teachers can’t even adapt new technology and not ready to accept what parents telling them. 4 year old is been taught to do double digit ascending and descending order. Whole year got wasted for us.
Now they are refusing to refund us and saying our school don’t have refund policy. We are just middle class family what we supposed to do.

Please don't enroll your kids in this school. I should not give them even single star.
