1. The Fee payment slip does not carry Your School Name, address and Approval Number. Requesting to pay only by cash is raising doubts about the transaction.
2. The circular does not carry any authorized signature & hence the circular does not carry any value.
3. All surrounding Schools such as PSBB, OMEGA & Metric Schools Swamy's School & St. Ann's they receive all the payments only through bank. Hence, We parents surprised to see why PON VIDYASHRAM alone cannot accept bank payments.
4. Regarding the GPRS system what you have suggested was totally rejected by the Parents last year. It is again insisted in your circular but not mentioned who will have to pay cost of the equipment for this. If you are asking the parents to pay the cost then it is openly evident that their is some one receiving commission from the GPRS company and forcing the parents to buy the equipment.
5.The circular can be a cyclostyled one with signature instead of a printed one which will cost more. The calendar which was printed from January 2015 - Dec '2015 which was send along with the Fee circular is also an unwarranted expenses at this stage after we complete almost half of the year. Finally all these unwarranted costs incurred the parents are penalized to pay high amounts of fees which is beyond the government norms.
6. As far as the Uniform Material the cost mention by you is 2.5 times higher than the present market price. (With out stitching), Hence forcing the parents to buy only from the school is not fair. This is again a clear example of corruption which is taking place in the school.
7. Regarding Shoes & School bags we all parents have witnessed in the last 2-3 years that you mentioning as discounted price and the dealer is selling sub standard materials at a higher price than the market price. Which is also again a clear example of corruption taking place in the school.
8. We appreciate that if the school stop focusing in such business motivated activities and focus on the academics by appointing quality & qualified teachers by paying them more salary as per the government (CBSE) norms instead of appointing non B.Ed parents as teachers by paying low salary. Please also be informed these teachers are working in your school just you provide them 50% concession in the fees for their children and their concentration is only on their child and not in the quality of the education they stick to the school just because of the concession.
9. Another is the transport contractor appointed by the school is charging abnormal charges to the parents for even 1.5 Kms (ie. 3Kms up and down) from the school Rs.17000/- is abnormal again this is another example of the corruption taking place in the school. It is clearly evident that because the school is not interested in keeping two to three transport contractors.
