One and a half month back I purchased a Wagon R. Now the first service is completed and after checking found out there was a mileage of only 7km. So made a complaint via phone call to this number[protected]. After this a lady made a call to me from [protected] saying that you can bring the vehicle on 1/7/2021 but on the day as informed took the vehicle to the service Center and found that the service was closed as it was Thursday. When made a call to inform the issue she received the call and told me will get back to me and after that she was irresponsible and was not answering the call I made. Next I made a call to this number[protected] and he told the same and informed me to bring the car the next day. Next day the lady made the call back after I made the call to[protected] saying the manager for service in Killipalam service Center will call me. So after 9.30am he made a call from +[protected] saying that the “THE MILEAGE ISSUE WAS DUE TO THE PRESSURE ISSUE INSIDE THE TANK AND YOU HAVE TO FILL THE PETROL FULL TANK AND CHECK. AFTER THAT INFORM ME” I was really frustrated from such a reply. So that’s why Iam making this complaint. My complaint is still in ‘not rectified’.
