I have given my watch for servicing at PORR & SONS Velachery on January. But the product is still having the same issue and its not resolved. i have been there at service center thrice for the same issue. First time one part was missing on the watch for that they took around a month and gave it back. second time when i faced the issue i gave my watch for reissue and it came back after service, while i was checking it i found the same issue which was not rectified. Again the watch has came today and the same problem still there. I don't know what the heck are they doing in the name of service. They are not at all responding to the calls when I contact the head office.

After all this things i approached again the service team of PORR and Sons in Mount road (Chintharipet) they told me and it has been getting delay again for one month i said okay do it fast as soon as possible they said okay after this second month of delay I got the new message from PORR and sons Service department it mentioned your service has been getting delay and your delivery date will be someday like again a month of time, Meanwhile I'm trying to approach the PORR and sons service team but nobody's respond the any of my calls which is very hesitating for the customer. . After this huge disappointment one fine day after three months that service department person Ms.Saraswathy call me over the phone and she said your estimate will be ₹3479 which is totally disappointed me of the PORR and son's service department. On that call i told her to give the phone to the manager but she denied and did not give the phone to the manager and she was very irresponsible by that time and she promised me to give me a call back once the manager is available but there is no response from PORR and Son's Service Department still now.
I suggest people don't give any of the service to PORR and SONS because they are doing very worst service to the customers. Never ever experienced this type of service in my life .
