Very poor service by Vijayakumar. He never informed that the clocks are ready for delivery until I sent my person. He argues that they will not call customers even after the product is ready
He took more than a month to deliver the goods. He demands aadhar proof....

Not consumer friendly irresponsible staffs i give my seiko5 watch for service and glass changing. After 20 days the staff call my number and told me to come and collect your watch when I go to the showroom the answer me your watch glass broken by the corrier handling it will take more 1 week time to changing the glass...

I have given my watch for servicing at PORR & SONS Velachery on January. But the product is still having the same issue and its not resolved. i have been there at service center thrice for the same issue. First time one part was missing on the watch for that they took around a month and gave it back. second time when i faced the issue i gave my watch for reissue and it came back after service, while i was checking it i found the same issue...
