hello my name is murali krishna in B.H.E.L. gas agency we have a problem withthe staff of booking the gas on phone they don't lift all they give ir irresponible answer while answering to the custommer.so please take a action on the BRINDAVAN GAS AGENCY STAFF.

Indane Gas — refilling gas not supplied by agency

Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ajit Gas Servie Rohtak Haryana, and my consumer number is 509654. I have booked for a refile on 18th Feb. 2009 over phone they give booking number 547 and replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 28th Feb 09.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

sir i am consumer of indane gas in rourkela priviously gas is supplying in time now they always tell that gas wil supply after 12 days after booking an booking will take after delivery of cycender in 20ays this is essential for home now always we takeing loan from nighbours please give supply of cylender as priviously .

Indane Gas — Not delevery properly

Sir,
I have gas connection with SRI CHELLA GAS AGENCY, 4, MUTHALAMMAN KOIL STREET, SELAIYUR, CHENNAI 73, for the past 6 years,(CONSUMER NO 40166,) I was booked last month 27th september till they are not deliver, when iam called by phone they never take easily, if they take phone simply said stock not come to us it will take another one week, they never supplied gas properly. they are taking delevery gas cylinder minimum 25days , when we booking the gas that they said after 15 days only you will be get it. we are booking after 21 days then the agency is taking 20 days and the delivery man also taking 5 days. when we asking the delivery man his also not proper reply. normaly the gas usage for us 30 - 32 days, so how is it manage other remaining 15 days please look in the matter seriously.

My connection no is OP 25960 with O.P. Agency, Situated at Nirman Vihar. Gas was booked around 10 days back. We have contaced them so many times, but still they have not delivered the cylinder. Every time we go there ( Telephone is lifted by them 22543244/[protected], we get same answer. cylinder will reach by evening and evening dit not turned up even after 15 days.
