I have purchased items from Pothys supermarket at Trivandrum on Feb 6, 2016 (Sat) worth Rs 471 .I swiped my CBI debit card, unfortunately the Billing guy said its invalid pin, was bit surprised initially so without wasting anymore time I made payment through cash.
After couple of minutes I got a SMS from my Bank that my account has debited by 471 /-.I informed the guy he showed me the statement on the card machine however it did not show the purchase of Rs 471 and also he added that incase of any error it will get credited back to my account within 24 Hrs and if it doesn't, have to contact the store next day.I waited one day but still it did'nt get reversed to my account.
I visited the store the next day on Feb 7th 2016(Sun) got hold of that same billing guy, he transferred me to some guy on phone named Rajesh .He informed me that as its sun no processing can be done so he will re-evaluate and process it on Monday to my bank account (Feb 8 2016)and will call me up.
I called up the guy, he told me he will call me after 15-20 mins ..eventually he never showed up and I tried calling him in the evening its just ringing...

I have few clarification:
1)It happens often if its says invalid or transaction declined, the extra amount gets reversed within couple of hours and not 24 Hrs.
2)Is there any issues with the card machines used ?If there is any please take immediate action to remove those machines.
3)Payment mode received" is recorded as CARD however in the stamp it is Cash received.
I recommend not to use cards for purchasing at Pothys Trivandrum.
I just want my issue to get resolved soon and get my money back ASAP.
